Theology & Religion

I am interested in the study of theology with particular attention to Biblical languages, textual criticism, and literary criticism. Some of my qualifications in this area involve:

  • Adjunct Instructor of World Religions at Gwinnett Technical College
  • MA in Theological Studies, Liberty University
  • Greek courses from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
  • Participation in Greek translation and transcription efforts.

Performing with my band during our 2013 tour (Laurel, MD)

I enjoy playing guitar, piano, and other instruments in my free time. I started and led a band from high school until I finished college. During that time, we did several East Coast tours. Though I don't play as much as I used to, I try to maintain myself active in music by serving in my church's worship team and performing at occasional gigs. Back when I was more active, my rig consisted mostly of:

  • Guitars: ESP, Fender, Ibanez
  • Pedals: BOSS, Dunlop
  • Amps: Peavey, Mesa
  • Keys: Roland, Yamaha, Korg
  • Sampler: Roland
  • Drums: Tama
